Southwest Chapter Workshop: Understanding the Cape Coral Irrigation Plan Review Process

Having problems getting your irrigation plans through Plan Review since the new irrigation ordinance became effective? This is the workshop for you. Covered topics: Filling out the new irrigation worksheet, head-to-head placement requirement by utilizing manufacturer’s installation guidelines, legibility requirements, formatting the required site plan. There will be examples of mistakes contractors don’t want to make, and examples of correct submittals. What is not being covered at this workshop is the permitting process or a discussion of the merits of the ordinance.

This is a practical, hands-on workshop to get you through Plan Review the FIRST TIME.
