Round-Up Lawsuit Settlement - The Facts

The Monsanto Company has agreed to a settlement worth up to $7.25 billion in a lawsuit claiming that the ingredient in the weed killer products sold under Roundup and other brand names causes non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), a blood cancer. Workers diagnosed with NHL, after exposure could receive $6,000 to $165,000 or more, with claims paid for up to 21 years.

This settlement also affects workers who are not yet sick. Because this cancer can take 10-16 years to appear after exposure, anyone, including farm and agriculture workers, landscaper/groundskeeper, exposed to Roundup Products before February 17, 2026, has legal rights at stake right now and even if they feel healthy today.
