The Tampa Bay Water Wise program is piloting a new sprinkler system rebate that can help single family homeowners save some “green” while keeping their lawns green. The sprinkler system rebates are aimed at reducing outdoor water use, and the pilot runs April through September 2025. Rebates are provided for an initial visit from a licensed irrigation contractor, high-efficiency nozzles, pressure-regulated spray bodies, rain shut off devices, and capped sprinkler heads. Results of the pilot will be used to optimize the program’s full launch. Commercial and common area irrigation rebates are also available through the program.
Tampa Bay Water Wise is a partnership between Tampa Bay Water and its six member governments: Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties and New Port Richey, St. Petersburg and Tampa. The Southwest Florida Water Management District co-funds the program. Learn more about the sprinkler system pilot and all available rebates at Tampa Bay Water Wise.
